Privacy Policy (Web & App)

The controller of your data is Pack'n Travel. This policy applies to both the Website (Landing Page) and the Mobile Application. Contact: support@packntravel.app.

We process data for different purposes depending on how you use our services:

• Account & Sync: Your email and password (encrypted by Firebase Auth) to maintain your account and sync packing lists across devices.
• List Generation (AI): Trip parameters (destination, dates, trip type) to create a personalized packing list.
• Newsletter: Your email for marketing purposes, if you joined the waitlist on our website.
• Analytics & Crashes: Anonymous crash reports and usage data (Google Analytics, Clarity) to improve app stability.

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is secure thanks to trusted tech partners:

• Infrastructure: Firebase (Google) for secure authentication and VPS servers for our PostgreSQL database.
• Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI – we send only anonymous trip parameters (no personal info).
• Monetization (Affiliates): The app and website may contain affiliate links (e.g., Amazon, Airalo). Clicking them redirects you to external services governed by their own policies.

In compliance with Google Play requirements and GDPR, you have full control over your data. How to permanently delete your account and data?

• In the App: Go to Account Settings and select "Delete Account". Your data (lists, history, account) will be permanently deleted.
• Via Email: You can also email us at support@packntravel.app to request full data deletion.

All communication with the server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). The mobile app may request access to push notifications (to remind you about packing) and requires internet access for real-time synchronization.

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
